Have you ever wondered why some medicines & foods make you sick, and other medicines & foods don’t?

What if everything you put into your body – medicines, food, toiletries and cosmetics – could be classified as health-promoting or potentially illness-causing by a simple mathematical number, and a simple geometric shape? Pharmaceutical companies use Medicine Codes to classify medicines & vaccines, but what if nature has it’s own Medicine Code too, which – once you understand it – will enable you to make choices that support your health?

Exploring some simple yet fascinating mathematics, geometry and science, in a highly readable way, Danica shares a theory about why some medicines, as well as foods, toiletries and cosmetics, support health – and why some can make us sick. Discussing pharmaceutical, herbal and homeopathic medicines, this book will inspire you to think about your health in completely new ways. Bursting with practical suggestions about what you can do to build your immunity and health, and it will help you to better understand your choices as a consumer and patient.

I did not know what to expect when I picked up a copy of Nature's Medicine Code. I have read it in two sittings and I must say I was blown away! It is genius. The theory of the world being a perfect mathematical structure is not new (as mentioned by the author), but to connect it with the food we eat, chemicals we inhale and thoughts we think is simply brilliant. It is eye opening. I enjoyed the section with practical advice on healthier life and learnt new facts, such as teflon in kids uniforms and some leading 'eco' brands being actually toxic. I found Danica's arguments on meat and dairy industries, fossil fuels and mental health very interesting, and also very powerful.

The book is easy to read, well researched and comes with a pinch of humor. It was refreshing to read on this subject without being showered with doom and gloom. It actually brings hope and provides a tool to change the world for better with this knowledge. Because when we 'know' we can take action. And when we are taking action, we become a change in the world.

I really enjoyed this book. I found it useful, readable and well researched.

After reading, I'm going to make some changes which, I know, will improve my life. Can you ask for anything more from a non fiction book?

Highly recommended.

The way this book is written makes it a very easy and enjoyable read.

With the author's experience interwoven within the principles it makes it much more than an informative and educational read it's an inspiring guide to health and wellness, showing the logical and magical patterns within nature and how we can utilise this to understand how best to nurture our health and take a new view on medicine.

I found it explained the principles in a very accessible way that I could understand and provided and very enjoyable read!
